New College Grad Role

Tests components, documents results, and organizes materials to support conceptual design of electrical systems. Supports design implementation by assisting with parts selection, Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) design, schematic capture, design analysis, creating board floor planning and layout designs, and resolving straightforward technical issues. Supports testing, integration, and validation of analog and digital systems and subsystems, by assisting with setup and performing basic testing tasks under supervision. Assists in maintaining technical documentation, such as schematics, test plans, test reports, signal integrity constraints, and bills of materials.

New College Grad Role intended for students graduating with their Bachelor's degree by, or have graduated within the past 12 months. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. What You'll Bring: (Objective Minimum Qualifications)

• Have at least a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering field by October 2026.
• Have academic coursework, projects, internship and/or research experience with one or more of the following tools:
• Oscilloscope, Multi-Meters, Signal Analyzers, CAD/PCB tools
• Are proficient (e.g., can complete coding projects without any assistance) in one or more of the following programming languages:
• C/C++, Assembly language, Shell scripting, Perl, Python
• Have academic coursework, projects, internship and/or research experience in three or more of the following technical areas:
• Computer Architecture, VLSI, Digital/Analog Circuits, Microelectronics Circuits, Microprocessor Design, Embedded Systems, Microcontrollers, Semiconductor Devices, Operating Systems (Linux and Windows), Intel and/or AMD CPU/chipset architecture, Print Circuit Board design and assembly process, Signals Analysis and Processing, Digital Systems, Prototyping/testing, Desoldering/Soldering components, or equivalent to the above.
• Ability to read and comprehend related technical documents including electrical schematics, product, component, and electrical interface specifications.
• Reside in the United States and/or attend a university in the US.
• Able to obtain work authorization in the US in 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptual Design of Electrical Systems: Assists senior team members by performing routine tasks such as testing components, documenting results, and organizing materials.
• Detailed Design and Implementation: Assists with parts selection, qualification, Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) design, and schematic capture for electrical subsystems under the guidance of senior team members.
• Testing, Validation, and Debugging: Supports testing, integration, and validation of analog and digital systems and subsystems, by assisting with setup and performing basic testing tasks under supervision.
• Documentation and Process Development: Assists in maintaining technical documentation, such as schematics, test plans, test reports, signal integrity constraints, and bills of materials, by performing simple tasks to ensure accuracy.
• Continuous Learning and Innovation: Learns about emerging technologies, industry standards, tools, and best practices, with guidance from senior team members.
• Additional Responsibilities (as needed): Learns about safety, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), and environmental regulations relevant to hardware products and observes how compliance is addressed during hardware development.
• Planning & Execution: Completes assigned tasks and monitors timelines to ensure timely completion of work in accordance with project requirements, with supervision.
• Collaboration & Partnership: Collaborates with team members to better understand expectations and contribute to shared objectives. Builds basic understanding of business, stakeholder, and/or customer needs with guidance.
• Problem Solving: Follows standard procedures to identify and escalate issues to senior team members. Collects and reviews basic data and/or information to troubleshoot common errors.
• Continuous Learning: Builds knowledge and learns new skills and/or tools aligned with industry trends and best practices as directed. Incorporates feedback and participates in training to improve skills.
• Continuous Improvement: Begins to identify ways to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of processes, protocols, and workflows with guidance.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $66,200 to $132,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
