Immigration Attorney – Family-Based Immigration Davis Immigration Lawyers, PLLC, a growing Minneapolis immigration law firm, is seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our team. We are looking for an attorney with at least 1 year of immigration law experience , with a strong background in family-based immigration. The ideal candidate is a confident advocate who can independently manage a caseload while working collaboratively with attorneys and support staff. Responsibilities: Manage family-based immigration cases from start to finish Represent clients before USCIS Develop case strategy and prepare applications and other legal filings Conduct legal research and stay current on changes in immigration law and procedure Prepare clients for interviews Communicate effectively with clients and manage case expectations Work closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure cases are handled efficiently and accurately Participate in consultations and evaluate potential cases Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school 1-3 years of immigration law experience Substantial experience with family-based immigration Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Proactive, resourceful, and able to exercise sound professional judgment $75,000–$115,000 annually, depending on your experience Health insurance 401(k) contribution Paid time off Paid CLE #J-18808-Ljbffr
