Position Overview The Non-Technical Program Coordinator provides essential administrative and project coordination support for cross-functional initiatives across OCHIN. This role supports the planning, execution, and tracking of internal programs and processes, ensuring efficient scheduling, documentation, and communication. The Non-Technical Program Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining smooth workflows and helping align departmental activities with organizational priorities. Essential Functions Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments. Prepare and distribute reports, summaries, and internal communications to support program execution and interdepartmental coordination. Maintain accurate documentation of program activities, updates, and outcomes using internal tracking systems and tools. Collaborate with team members to track project milestones, ensuring timely completion of tasks and follow-ups. Support process improvement initiatives by documenting workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending enhancements. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's degree or combination of education and relevant experience preferred. Familiarity with systems related to the program area. Prior to moving forward to the team interview, all candidates are required to complete a 50-60-minute competency assessment. The assessment gives us insights into how your strengths, preferences, and work style align with the OCHIN's nine core competencies. While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; stand and walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms. This position requires a virtual home-office environment, working remotely. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and mobile devices. Travel is required to support OCHIN's business requirements for Go-Live installations or training which may require travel by air, vehicle, or train. Work Location and Travel Requirements OCHIN is a 100% remote organization with no physical corporate office location. Employees work remotely from home and many of our positions also support our member organizations on-site for new software installations. Nationwide travel is determined based on OCHIN business needs. Please inquire during the interview process about travel requirements for this position.
