Medical Assistant/Clinical Research TechnicianShift: Monday-Friday with some weekends and holidays. Availability to work 8 hours within the 6am-6 pm window.Key Responsibilities:Perform procedures including vital signs, ECG lead placement, phlebotomy, urine collection, meal administration, and subject positioningAssist with dose verification to ensure accurate subject identification and dosingMonitor participants and report adverse events or complaints to clinical leadershipCollect and record physical measurements (height, weight, BMI)Maintain accurate documentation of all study activitiesEnsure participant safety, comfort, and protocol adherenceFollow study-specific training and proceduresSupport quality assurance and compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and GCP standardsComplete additional tasks as assigned by clinical leadershipMUST HAVE Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED requiredMedical Assistant experience (vitals, ECGs, specimen collection, etc.)Clinical research or healthcare experience preferredKnowledge of clinical research processes, SOPs, and GCP guidelinesExperience with patient care, chart review, or research activities preferredJob Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of West Bend, WI.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $49920.00/yr.Workplace Type: This is a fully onsite position in West Bend, WI.Application Deadline: This position is anticipated to close on Aug 5, 2026.About Actalent: Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
