The Role You will play an active role in defending asbestos and silica matters while working alongside trial‑tested litigators who invest in mentorship and hands‑on development. Your work will include Managing a defense litigation caseload, including toxic tort matters Taking and defending fact and expert depositions Drafting and arguing dispositive and procedural motions Handling written discovery and e‑filings Participating in trial preparation and strategic planning sessions Communicating directly with clients and contributing to litigation strategy The firm welcomes attorneys with strong civil defense backgrounds who are interested in building depth in toxic tort litigation . Prior toxic tort experience is valued but not required.
