A growing manufacturing company looking for a  hands-on, detail-oriented Accountant to own the full accounting function from A to Z. Scale the company to next LEVEL.

• $80K-$90K
• 100 in office

Key Responsibilities

• Manage  full-cycle accounting (AP/AR, general ledger, bank reconciliations)
• Prepare  monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Oversee  budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Handle  inventory accounting and cost tracking within a manufacturing environment
• Ensure compliance with  tax regulations and support audits
• Process  payroll and maintain employee compensation records
• Support  HR functions (onboarding, benefits tracking, employee records)
• Maintain accurate  financial and HR documentation

What They’re Looking For

• Strong full-cycle accounting experience
• Background in  manufacturing accounting (inventory, cost accounting highly preferred)
• Ability to work independently and wear multiple hats
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
