Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for patients in hospice care settings to evaluate their psychological needs and create individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique challenges.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, focusing on solution-based practices to assist patients and families in coping with the emotional complexities of terminal illness.

Qualifications
