Tax Associate - Tax Senior Associate Location: 100 N. Brand Blvd Suite 323 Glendale, CA 91203 US Industry: Accounting / Finance Job Number: 2584 Job Description
SENIOR ASSOCIATE – TAX
Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple tax engagements to deliver quality tax services Review federal and state income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and exempt organizations Serve as a resource for tax associates Participate in tax planning and estimates Delegate and supervise the work of tax associates Contribute to client service teams by producing quality work with quick turnaround Establish engagement letters and compliance frameworks Lead tax software and technology process development and enhancements Set workflow and timelines for projects Conduct performance evaluations for tax associates and help improve their work Gather feedback on tax season performance and develop action plans Facilitate in-house tax training Identify opportunities for additional services in taxation for clients Additional duties may include assisting in other non-operations work as needed, as determined by senior management.
