Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a temporary Marketing Coordinator to support a busy marketing team for an approximately 8–10 week assignment working full-time hours. This person will focus on administrative and project coordination support to help keep key marketing initiatives organized and on schedule. Responsibilities Maintain and update campaign documentation on an ongoing basis. Keep the Go-to-Market calendar accurate, current, and organized. Provide administrative support to the marketing team across day-to-day initiatives. Assist with planning, execution, and tracking of marketing programs. Coordinate stakeholder inputs across multiple marketing channels. Support projects related to web, weekly flyer, paid media, email, and collateral. Help ensure deadlines, materials, and project details are tracked effectively. Requirements 1–2 years of marketing or communications experience preferred. Strong organizational and administrative support skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep projects moving in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate documentation and schedules. Comfort working across multiple marketing channels and coordinating with internal stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
