Facility EngineerTolin Mechanical, an established, well recognized and respected HVAC service contractor, is looking for an experienced Facility Engineer to join our team in the Mid-Atlantic region. We are seeking a candidate who meets the qualifications listed below.We have a solid team of experienced and respected technicians. Our business continues to grow, and we are looking for another solid technician that is interested in a long-term position and who will fit well into our team.Facility Engineers are focused on service and delivering long-term technical solutions for our clients. They maintain, monitor, and perform preventative maintenance and continuous operation of all building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and more.Summary of Job Functions and Equipment:Preventive MaintenanceTroubleshootingMechanical: HVAC, plumbing, controlsElectrical: lighting, generators, primary switch gearHot water systemsRefrigerationHot water heatersPumps, valves, piping and filtersVariable Frequency DrivesHumidifiersMaintain records and monitor equipmentPerform tests and rounds on building systemsCompensation & Benefits:Average Starting Rate: $30.00-$35.00 per hour.
