As a Business Analyst at WhiteTech, you will contribute to conducting detailed business analysis, understanding market dynamics, and enhancing our product offerings. By working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will ensure our products not only meet but exceed the evolving needs of our customers. Conducting comprehensive business analysis for diverse fintech projects and initiatives. Providing technical support to internal sales, operations units, and partner engineering teams. Participating in troubleshooting, testing, launching, and monitoring post-integration of solutions. Creating technical documentation, integration manuals, guidelines, user manuals, and training materials for clients. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. At least 3 years experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager. Knowledge of business analysis requirements, project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools. Understanding of basic usability principles and UI/UX design (Figma). Experience with SQL and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Strong proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Miro, UML, and Google tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.). Understanding of Agile methodologies. At least an Upper-intermediate level of English.
