Duties Serve as co‑administrator and instructional leader on one or more campuses. Collaborate with stakeholders to uphold instructional program integrity. Build relationships to support the skill development of certificated and classified staff. Develop school plans and procedures to protect the health and safety of students and staff. Assist with school budgeting, staffing, and compliance with district policies. Qualifications Minimum of three years of effective teaching experience and site leadership experience. Valid California Administrative Services Credential. Knowledge of instructional strategies and educational equity practices.
