Emergency Department Registered Nurse

We're seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. In this fast-paced role, you'll be part of a dynamic team providing critical care to patients in urgent need. Responsibilities:

Perform thorough patient assessments, determining the priority of care based on clinical needs
Administer prescribed treatments and medications, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols
Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans
Educate patients and families about their care options and procedures, offering support and clarity
Maintain detailed and compliant patient records to ensure proper documentation and legal requirements
Participate in quality improvement efforts to enhance patient care, safety, and department efficiency

Qualifications:

Active Montana Registered Nurse license
Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred (Associate's degree acceptable)
Prior experience in emergency or acute care settings is highly desirable
Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure
