Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough patient assessments, determining the priority of care based on clinical needs
• Administer prescribed treatments and medications, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families about their care options and procedures, offering support and clarity
• Maintain detailed and compliant patient records to ensure proper documentation and legal requirements

Qualifications:

• Active Montana Registered Nurse license
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred (Associate's degree acceptable)
• Prior experience in emergency or acute care settings is highly desirable
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure
