NoeCee Global is expanding our team and looking for Junior Marketing & Sales Associates who are motivated, personable, and ready to learn. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals who want to develop real-world experience while working directly with customers and representing well-known brands.

Rather than sitting behind a desk all day, our associates gain hands-on experience through retail marketing, customer engagement, promotional campaigns, and sales. You’ll work alongside an experienced team and receive training designed to help you build confidence and develop valuable professional skills for advancement in the marketing and sales field.

As a Junior Marketing & Sales Associate, you’ll help bring our clients’ marketing campaigns to life. Your responsibilities may include:

• Engaging with customers at partnered retail locations
• Introducing customers to products, services, and promotions
• Creating positive customer experiences and building lasting relationships
• Supporting client marketing and promotional campaigns
• Increasing brand awareness and customer acquisition
• Assisting with sales and working toward campaign goals
• Collaborating with team members and leadership
• Participating in team meetings, training, and professional development sessions

You don’t need years of experience to succeed here. We’re looking for individuals who are:

• 18 years of age or older
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Confident communicators who enjoy interacting with people
• Motivated, dependable, and willing to learn
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
• Team-oriented and able to take direction
• Interested in developing skills in marketing, sales, customer relations, or leadership
• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service is helpful but not required
