Qualifications:

• Valid, active South Carolina Special Education Teaching certification required for interview consideration
• Previous experience in a special education classroom environment, particularly in direct 1:1 instruction
• Knowledge of adaptive teaching strategies and individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Flexibility and preparedness to collaborate with a school-based multidisciplinary team
• Ability to adapt teaching style to the unique needs of each student

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging 1:1 specialized instruction for students as outlined in their IEPs
• Track student progress regularly and maintain accurate records
