LONGHORN STAFFING SOLUTIONS seeks a Chief Estimator for our Heavy Civil / Wet Utilities division. This leadership role drives all estimating activity for municipal water and wastewater projects across TX, OK, AR markets, and beyond. You will own the full estimate lifecycle from pre-bid to post-bid reviews, mentor junior estimators, and coordinate with project teams to translate estimates into executable budgets.
