Job Description Job Description Job Title: Client Services & Operations Coordinator Location: Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 remote day per week) Schedule: Monday–Friday + every other weekend (occasional additional weekend meetings) Training: In-office training required daily (Monday–Friday) for the first 4 weeks 10am-7pm Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and customer-focused Client Services & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in converting inbound leads, managing client communications, maintaining CRM systems, and supporting company performance through reporting and metric tracking. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and is confident handling both sales inquiries and customer service concerns. Outside office visit job sites. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound phone calls from prospective clients (leads) in a professional and timely manner Provide accurate service quotes and convert inquiries into booked appointments Manage and maintain CRM system with detailed and accurate client records Handle client cancellations and rescheduling efficiently Manage customer service calls, including resolving complaints with professionalism and urgency Participate in weekly team meetings and occasional weekend meetings Prepare business reports and assist with company performance reporting Track and report key performance metrics (KPIs) Support overall office operations and process improvements Schedule Requirements Monday through Friday schedule 4 days per week in-office, 1 remote workday Required to complete 4 weeks of full-time, in-office training (Monday–Friday) Must work every other weekend Must be available for occasional weekend meetings Qualifications High school diploma required Strong verbal communication and customer service skills Experience handling inbound calls and providing quotes is preferred Comfortable working with CRM systems and performance tracking tools Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve customer concerns effectively Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented What We’re Looking For A confident communicator who can turn leads into booked clients A solution-oriented professional who handles complaints with care and composure Someone who values structure, accountability, and measurable performance goals A team player committed to growth and continuous improvement Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: Work from home Application Question(s): This position requires sending quotes, speaking to leads, and staying organized.
