Results‑driven marketing and communications professional with hands‑on experience in public relations and digital marketing, skilled in social media and email campaigns, brand‑aligned content creation, internal communications, and data‑driven strategy optimization. Responsibilities Execute social media and email campaigns to drive engagement, audience growth and improved performance metrics. Develop brand‑aligned content and support multiple PR campaigns in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments. Leverage data insights and statistical techniques to optimize marketing strategies and ROI. Enhance organizational initiatives such as onboarding, policy updates, and internal communications. Combine creative storytelling with technical and strategic problem‑solving to deliver impactful marketing solutions. Delivery & Engineering Collaboration Work in Agile/Scrum teams and translate functional requirements and UX designs into technical deliverables. Collaborate with backend, web, QA, DevOps and product teams. Support UAT, production releases and post‑production fixes. Estimate effort, identify risks and raise technical dependencies early. Core Technical Skills Hands‑on digital marketing expertise. Social media and email campaign experience. Brand‑aligned content creation. Data analytics and statistical techniques. Internal communications and process improvement. Tools & Practices Version control using Git. JIRA, Confluence and Agile reporting. Crash analytics and monitoring tools. Functional / Domain Skills (Good to Have) Experience building digital banking or financial mobile applications. Understanding of authentication flows, payments, accounts, transactions and customer data handling. Exposure to regulatory, security and audit requirements in BFSI environments.
