Note: Applicants must be licensed to practice law in New York and have at least 1 year of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience. Candidates should be eager to build a long-term career in plaintiff personal injury law and be comfortable independently managing cases from intake through trial preparation. Experience exclusively in-house or as a solo practitioner is not a fit for this position. Job Description Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through trial preparation. Conduct case investigations and develop litigation strategies. Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses. Review, organize, and analyze medical records and supporting documentation. Take and defend depositions. Maintain extensive communication with clients throughout the litigation process. Prepare cases for mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial. Work closely with attorneys and support staff to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients. Qualifications Active New York Bar license. 1+ year of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience. Experience handling cases through discovery and trial preparation. Strong legal writing, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload. Spanish speaking is a plus.
