WIC Intake Specialist — Champion Whole-Person Health

Meridian Health Services in Indiana seeks a WIC Intake Specialist for our Randolph and Jay Counties offices. You will screen applicants, schedule appointments in INWIC MIS, assist with intake documents, and explain WIC benefits and eWIC card usage. A High School diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license are required.
