Case Manager - Multiple Openings

Mount Carmel Guild Behavioral Health System, a CARF accredited division of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark, is a leading provider of mental health and addiction services in Northern New Jersey.
This position is on-site. Must be willing to do outreach in Essex & Union County.
- Provides linkage and referral services to adult individuals with severe and persistent mental illness in the community
- Completes biopsychosocial assessments for new client admissions.
- Bachelor's Degree in a behavioral health discipline
- 1-2 years of related experience and a valid Driver's License
