We are seeking motivated, results-driven Life Insurance Sales Agents to join our growing agency. This is a full-time, in-office, 1099 independent contractor position offering commission-based, uncapped earning potential — top producers routinely earn well beyond a traditional salaried role, and your income scales directly with your effort and results. Responsibilities:

• Dial provided leads and conduct outbound phone calls to prospective clients
• Present life insurance solutions tailored to each client's needs
• Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and integrity
• Build and manage your own book of business over time

Qualifications:

• Full-time availability, in-office
• No prior insurance sales experience required — we provide the training and tools to succeed

Compensation:
1099 independent contractor role — 85% starting commission, scalable based on production. Compensation is directly tied to results, with no ceiling on income growth.
