Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, including pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies. \n
- Complete all required documentation promptly, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and quality benchmarks. \n
- Utilize evidence-based screening tools effectively in collaboration with the clinical team to evaluate client needs accurately. \n
- Work within interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute positive behavior support plans that promote client success. \n
- Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the overall quality assurance of our services. \n
- Act as a liaison for clients with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners, advocating for their needs. \n
- Maintain clear and open lines of communication with clients and team members, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and enhancing our organizational mission. \n
- Build and sustain relationships with local, state, and federal agencies, identifying opportunities for program promotion and collaboration. \n
- Engage in personal and professional development through conferences, workshops, and representation of the agency at various meetings and committees. \n
- Incorporate the agency's mission, values, philosophy, and principles into daily practice. \n
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our services. \n

- A Master's Degree in a mental health field is required. \n
- A valid and independent LMHC license is mandatory for this role. \n
