*About Us:

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a fast-casual restaurant serving smoothies, sandwiches, wraps, and salads. We're seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Tropical smoothie Cafe [FL150] team.

*Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and product quality
- Lead and develop a high-performing team
- Drive sales growth and control labor costs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Implement marketing strategies and promotions
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supply chain logistics

*Requirements:

- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- Proven track record of increasing sales and improving operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

- Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.
- Bending, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice or taking out trash.
- Constant face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers.
- Safely navigate in a fast-paced café environment.
- Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions.
