Job Description
We're seeking a compassionate and dependable Employment Support Coach to help adults with developmental disabilities succeed in the workplace. You'll work alongside participants at job sites throughout the Inland Empire, providing encouragement, hands-on training, and support as they build confidence and independence.
What You'll Do
- Coach and support participants at community job sites.
- Teach simple work and general labor tasks.
- Encourage independence and workplace success.
- Safely transport participants to and from training and work sites.
- Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment.
What We're Looking For
- Patient, dependable, and enthusiastic about helping others.
- Comfortable teaching and demonstrating basic job tasks.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- At least 21 years old.
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Monday - Friday
Hours:
7:30 am - 3 pm
8:00 am - 3:30 pm
