Location: Richmond, VA, 23222 About The Role We are seeking to hire a motivated Recruiter to join our team and help source and fill open positions within the company. This role focuses on recruiting for hourly and commission-based roles, ensuring we attract qualified candidates who align with our company values and goals. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and interview candidates for hourly and commission-based positions. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications Proven experience in recruiting, preferably for hourly and commission-based roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is a plus.
