DescriptionPLEASE CONTACT CHRISTINA TRAN AT ROBERT HALF FOR MORE DETAILSWell established Real estate investment and development is seeking a strong Sr. Property Accountant to join their expanding team.Responsibilities:-Preparation of monthly reporting packages for the assigned properties -Manage and maintain the general ledger to ensure accurate and timely financial records.-Oversee month-end close processes, including reconciliation and preparation of financial statements.-Cash Balance Reports, Accruals schedule, Management Fee Calculations-Trial Balance and Flux analysis-Monthly investor reporting: cash reporting, hotel operations financial reporting (as required)-Quarterly investor reporting, including preparation of financial reporting templates, debt reporting templates, and Asset Management reporting.-Monthly, quarterly, annual lender reporting, Annual audit-Provide PBC items to auditors and assist in answering any questions-Utilize Yardi software to track, analyze, and report financial data efficiently.-Assist with budget planningRequirementsRequirements:-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field-Minimum 5 + years of real estate accounting experience-Knowledge of Yardi or similar software system-Ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate effectivelyJob typePermIndustryReal Estate & Property
