Here’s a general profile for this role:Key Responsibilities: 1. Implementation and Configuration : Lead the implementation of Oracle Recruiting Cloud, ensuring that the system is configured to meet business requirements.2. Business Process Analysis : Analyze current recruiting processes and identify areas for improvement using Oracle solutions.3. User Training and Support : Provide training to end-users and ongoing support to ensure effective use of the system.4. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.5. System Testing : Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the functionality meets the specified requirements.6. Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve issues related to the recruiting cloud system.7. Updates and Enhancements : Stay updated with Oracle's latest features and enhancements, and recommend upgrades to improve functionality.Required Skills and Qualifications:1.
