Join our team as a Security Manager and assist the Director of Security in leading our dedicated security team, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests and employees. As the Security Manager, you will play a crucial role in implementing and overseeing security protocols, managing emergency situations, and providing exceptional service to all stakeholders. With your strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to think on your feet, you will create a secure and welcoming atmosphere, contributing to the overall success of our establishment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and procedures Train and supervise a team of security personnel, ensuring compliance with protocols Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security incidents effectivelyConduct regular security audits and risk assessments Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies and emergency responders Provide assistance and support to guests and employees during emergencies Maintain accurate records and documentation related to security incidents Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in security Join our team as a Security Manager and be at the forefront of ensuring the safety and security of our guests and employees.
