Behavioral Health Technician

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)-certified license needed. This position is a Full-Time (30-40hrs/week). Our ABA Department, within our multi-disciplinary therapy clinic, is open 8-4pm Monday – Friday. Qualifications: RBT certification (40 hr online coursework, in clinic training, test/pass/certification requirement for hire) must be obtained within 2 weeks Must have High School diploma Preferred Bachelor’s degree in related field Preferred experience in childcare Preferred experience working with children with ASD Must have or obtain CPR certification prior to start date Responsibilities: Applying the principles of one-on-one ABA therapy to help kids with Autism reach their full potential Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting and required documentation Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child Maintain RBT certification and proper documentation Collaboratively work with our BCBA Team and RBT's, as well as our, Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapist and Physical Therapist.
