This is a 4 hour working interview to evaluate if you are a fit for an Outbound Lead or Sort Lead position at Jitsu.
The client will meet you and interview you onsite. You will have a facility tour, and start working. You may be asked to leave at any time, if you are a not a fit for the position.
If you are a fit, you may be asked to stay longer than 4 hours. The supervisor will discuss your schedule, once you are offered a position.
Schedule details:
- Schedules are rolling, requiring employees to work 5 out of 7 days each week. Specific days and hours may vary based on business needs.
Required skills:
- *Previous leadership experience required
- *Forklift certification/experience required
- *Previous warehouse experience
- *Effective communication skills
- *Good attitude and strong team player
- *Working in cold storage environment
- *Must be able to lift 35-60 lbs
- *Must be able to operate pallet jack
- *Ability to train and motivate a team
- *Strong time management and communication skills
This job includes but is not limited to:
- Managing a team of Associates
- Overseeing the operations facility
- Stationing associates within the correct spots in the warehouse
- Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items
- Ensuring packages are sent out for delivery each operating day
- Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items
***General Requirements***
When working in a warehouse environment through Bluecrew, you may be expected to do any and all of the following:
- Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items
- Safely relocating or repacking inventory items as directed, up to 50 pounds in weight
- Operating machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible manner
- Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities as required by the immediate supervisor
- Working on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift
- Comfortable working in an environment where there are forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and other standard or sub-standard warehouse equipment
- There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants.
It is important to Bluecrew that you go home in the same healthy state that you came to work in, so please do not accept this assignment if you cannot fulfill all of the above duties.
