Role Overview

The Personal Trainer will work directly with clients to provide assisted stretching, coaching, motivation, and ensure an effective training experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, has excellent communication skills, and is committed to helping others improve their quality of life.

The ideal candidate combines the heart of a coach, the eye of a movement specialist, and the confidence of a sales professional. You enjoy helping clients become stronger, move more efficiently, reduce pain, and achieve lasting results.

Key Responsibilities

 

• Conduct one-on-one training and assisted stretching sessions.
• Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Maintain a clean and organized training environment.
• Follow up (phone and text) with leads and prospects throughout the sales process.
• Grow the business through client retention and acquisition programs.
• Collaborate with team members to support overall client success.
• Promote studio programs and special offerings.
• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK AFTERNOONS AND EVENINGS ! We are looking for a candidate who can work Mon – Fri Noon to 8pm and occasional Saturday mornings.

 
Qualifications

 

• A Passion for Health & Fitness: This is where it all begins!
• A college degree in a health-related field is nice but not required. However, fundamental knowledge of exercise science and human biology is essential.
• Previous training experience preferred but not required
• You must LOVE working with people! This is an exciting studio, and you must be able to show your clients energy and excitement while working with them.
• Experience working with adults over 40 
• Must be able to work with computers and the Windows operating system
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
