Field IT Help Desk Specialist
Progressive Global Energy
A leading global energy firm is looking for IT support professionals in Syracuse, NY. This 12-month contract role offers the potential for extension or conversion to permanent employment. Candidates will take calls from field engineers, resolve IT incidents, and provide excellent customer service. Experience in supporting both Windows and iOS machines is needed, along with familiarity with the Service Now tool.
