About the Position

Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Operating Room License: New Hampshire RN license or Compact license required Certifications: BLS (AHA) required Must-Have: Scrub experience strongly preferred. Description: Scrub experience is strongly preferred. Scrub OR RNs will receive first consideration for the offer. Traveler must be willing to perform OR RN duties within the scope of practice in the Interventional Radiology Unit. Effective immediately, please include the New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate with all submissions. This license is required to staff for temporary RN needs. Shift accommodation requests will not be considered for this need. Local travelers, those who reside within 50 miles of the facility, will not be considered for this need. To avoid delays in processing, please provide permanent address with profile upload. The Surgery Department specializes in the surgical treatment of a broad spectrum of clinical conditions. Having highly skilled surgeons with special interests allows for offering a wide variety of surgical procedures. Traveler must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to adapt to stressful situations quickly and effectively. Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at upload. Requests after upload will not be approved, and no more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted. Travelers may not take all holidays off and must work two blocks if scheduled/needed during holiday periods. Traveler must be willing to work OR cases in the IR space. Multiple surgical specialty experience is required. Epic experience is required. Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need. Permanent address must be included in the profile. All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission. Scheduling requests made after the offer may lead to rescinded offers. Call is required on weekdays and usually occurs 1-3 times per 5-6 days. Call occurs on weekends as needed.
