Physical Therapist

Job Summary Assesses and evaluates patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain and other medical conditions. Based on this assessment and evaluation, develops a treatment plan, performs interventions aimed at improving and enhancing the patient's well being, and evaluates the patient's progress. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Required Skills & Experience One (1) year related experience (preferably in a clinic setting) is required. Preferred Skills & Experience One (1) year ultrasound experience is preferred.
