Registered Nurse, Float Pool Level II

Shady Grove Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced Registered Nurse for our Float Pool Level II who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing. As a Registered Nurse, Float Pool Level II you will:

• Assessment, planning, intervention & evaluation of patient care at the bedside.
• Documentation of patient care and outcomes.
• Delegation of tasks to non-licensed personnel.
• Serves as a preceptor or mentor for new staff, externs or students.
• Participates in unit quality initiatives.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary care team in patient care planning.
• Pursues professional development and growth.

Qualifications include:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• 1 year of experience in relevant clinical area.
• Current Maryland State nursing license.
• Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP as required by specialty area.

Work Schedule:

RN Level II Float Pool rate of $60/hour with commitment of [2] 12-hour shifts/week (days).

Under this Agreement, you will be considered a temporary/per diem worker. As such, you are NOT eligible for benefits.

Pay Range:
