As a Marketing & Promotions Associate, you'll work directly with customers while supporting the execution of client marketing and sales campaigns. This entry-level position provides hands-on experience across customer acquisition, promotional marketing, sales, and brand representation while offering opportunities to develop leadership skills.

What You'll Do

• Engage directly with customers through face-to-face interactions
• Provide customer service and sales support while representing client brands professionally
• Educate customers on available products, services, promotions, and benefits
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Support the launch and execution of new marketing and sales campaigns
• Assist Account Managers with customer interactions and campaign activities
• Participate in product knowledge training, team meetings, and professional development
• Accurately maintain customer information and track sales activity
• Help build brand awareness and generate new customer acquisition opportunities
• Develop strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up
• Work alongside team members to achieve individual and campaign performance goals
