Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Job Summary Provide compassionate and client‑centered nursing care to residents in a supportive environment. Responsibilities Assist residents with basic activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. Support residents with mobility and transfer activities to ensure safety. Monitor and report changes in a patient’s condition to the RN and other healthcare staff. Conduct routine measurements and record vital signs per protocol. Follow care plans and nursing orders while maintaining proper documentation. Provide companionship and emotional support to residents and families. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to promote resident well‑being. Qualifications Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment. Experience in providing person‑centered care in a long‑term or assisted‑living setting. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving patients. Commitment to maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards. Flexibility to work varied shift schedules, including evenings and weekends (depending on employer).
