Overview As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role that directly impacts the success of Chick‑fil‑A restaurants. Duties include unloading, picking and loading product at the Chick‑fil‑A Supply St. Louis, MO Distribution Center in Maryland Heights, MO. Schedule Schedule: Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM until the work is done 4 Day Workweek (4 10‑hour days) The schedule will be assigned according to business needs, and flexibility is needed during weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts Location Location: 13965 Riverport Place, Maryland Heights, MO 63043 Pay & Benefits Pay: $21.75 per hour Benefits: On top of annual earnings, you will get an additional $22,000+ worth of benefits per year! Responsibilities As a Warehouse Associate, you are a key driver in the efficiency, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse. Efficiency and Organization: You’ll be on your feet, actively engaging with unloading, staging, picking and loading products Safety First: Safely operating machinery like forklifts and pallet jacks and keeping our warehouse clean and safe Communication and Care: Connecting with care with everyone you come in contact with Additional Opportunities and Professional Development: Other duties and growth opportunities may also be assigned Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities) Extreme Temperature: Working in rotation through extreme temperatures (–10F to 100F) is required to keep our food safe! Heavy Weights: Reach, bend, and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case during most of your shift.
