About the Role We’re hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team in Washington. This is a W2, in-person role providing psychiatric care to patients aged 11 and up. The role includes a remote model: providing virtual care to patients via telehealth. As a MOOD provider, you’ll treat a range of conditions including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and schizoaffective disorder. This position is ideal for a clinician seeking meaningful, flexible, and supported psychiatric practice in a dynamic environment. What You’ll Do Provide in-person and telehealth psychiatric care to adolescents (11+) and adults Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans Prescribe and manage medications, with careful attention to safety, efficacy, and patient education Maintain timely and complete clinical documentation in accordance with state and practice standards Participate in case consultations and peer collaboration Build strong therapeutic rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds What We Offer Competitive pay for providers (W2, pay-per-encounter) ($80 - $90 USD per encounter) Malpractice and tail coverage Flexible scheduling within clinic hours (you set your availability) A supportive, collaborative environment with a focus on clinical quality Streamlined EHR and technology platform to minimize admin burden Leadership and growth opportunities as our practice expands Qualifications Active Washington PMHNP license and Washington furnishing number Active or pending Washington DEA license 2+ years of experience treating adolescents (ages 11–17) and adults Experience diagnosing and treating ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and schizoaffective disorder Comfort with hybrid care delivery: in-person and virtual Proficiency with EHR and telehealth platforms Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required Schedule & Setting Job Type: Part-time, Full-time Setting: Telehealth Schedule: 15-20 hours per week between 6am-10pm PST, 7 days a week Join Us This is a unique opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking practice, delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a supportive and innovative environment.
