As a Security Officer Armed Evening Community in Boca Raton, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal at a premier residential location as an armed officer, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this people-first role, you will support residents and guests with professionalism, teamwork, and integrity while bringing an agile, reliable, and innovative approach to daily operations.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the property, residential common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and communicate with residents, property staff, and/or first responders regarding security-related concerns.
• Support residential location operations by completing reports, maintaining a visible presence, and following post orders and Allied Universal standards for armed assignments.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an armed guard card is required.
• Have at least 2 years of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
