Job Title and Location Contingent Clinical Care LVN/LPN PT - MC (Sunbury, OH) Responsibilities Assess patient needs and administer treatments and medications, including oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical drugs. Monitor vital signs, evaluate complex patient conditions, and document treatment responses accurately. Perform routine health assessments to ensure patient well-being and identify abnormalities.
