Job Details

• Education and Experience Requirements: Relevant clinical experience in an acute care environment within the past 12 months for acute care positions; a minimum of one year of experience in an acute care hospital setting is preferred.
• Location Requirements: No specific geographic requirements noted.
• Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, formulating and implementing plans of care, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and documenting patient care activities.
