Generation Title Co is seeking a detail-oriented and team-focused Real Estate Closer / Processor to manage residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing. This role works closely with the closing team to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely transactions while delivering exceptional customer service to clients, lenders, Realtors, and other parties involved in the closing process.

Generation Title Co is seeking a detail-oriented and team-focused Real Estate Closer / Processor to manage residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing. This role works closely with the closing team to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely transactions while delivering exceptional customer service to clients, lenders, Realtors, and other parties involved in the closing process. •\t
Process and coordinate real estate transactions from opening through post-closing
•\tWork collaboratively with the Closer and team members to ensure smooth and efficient closings
•\tReview title commitments, lender closing instructions, and transaction documents for accuracy and compliance
•\tIdentify, communicate, and resolve title issues, discrepancies, and closing requirements in a timely manner
•\tOrder, review, and disclose surveys, sales contracts, estoppels, title searches, payoffs, and other related documents
•\tPrepare preliminary Closing Disclosures (CDs), settlement statements, and other closing documents with accuracy and completeness
•\tCoordinate with buyers, sellers, Realtors, lenders, mortgage brokers, and attorneys to schedule and facilitate closings
•\tMaintain clear and consistent communication with all parties to ensure quick and accurate transactions
•\tEnsure all title, lender, and compliance requirements are satisfied prior to closing
•\tAssist in preventing and resolving potential closing issues or claims before, during, and after closing
•\tDisburse funds according to closing instructions and company procedures
•\tMaintain accurate and organized records for all transactions and post-closing documentation
•\tProvide exceptional customer service and professional support throughout the transaction process
•\tStay current with industry regulations, compliance standards, best practices, and continuing education requirements
•\tContribute positively to a collaborative, high-performing team environment
