Bilingual Assessment-Focused Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Telehealth Remote (Fully Remote)

Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments using caregiver interviews, record review, direct observation, and standardized assessment tools. Develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans and behavior intervention plans aligned with medical necessity. Maintain clinical documentation accuracy and timeliness. Leadership & Startup Mindset: Serve as the clinical gatekeeper for new cases entering the organization. Provide clear case summaries and transition notes for assigned clinical teams. Adapt quickly to evolving processes and contribute to building scalable systems. Ethical & Professional Conduct: Adhere strictly to the BACB Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts. Maintain HIPAA compliance and secure handling of video-capture data. Maintain active BCBA certification and required CEUs.
