Human Resources / Payroll Coordinator

Job Description

This position is in a Long Term Care Skilled Nursing Facility. The Human Resources Coordinator aids with and facilitates all human resource processes. The role provides administrative support to the HR functions to other departments as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry.

Must have a strong knowledge concerning: OSHA, FML, I-9, Workers' Comp, Unemployment Claims, PBJ and Microsoft Office Suite

This position consist of the following duties: (This is not a complete comprehensive list of the duties and responsibilities required)

Screen and Recruit job applicants to fill Entry-level, Professional and Technical job openings
Submit online investigation request and employee background screenings
Conduct Orientation for new hires and communicate Benefits available
Handle all aspect of the payroll functions and processes
Prepare and maintain all personnel files and monitor employee's performance review
