About the Position

Job Title: Emergency Room Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Varies, rotating weekends Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum of 1 year required. License: Current unencumbered RN license required. Certifications: Healthcare Provider Level BLS required. Must-Have: ACLS, TNCC, and PALS required. Description: The Emergency Department provides care for patients with a wide variety of needs from non-critical to emergent medical conditions. The department includes emergent and urgent mental health care. All patients are welcome whether walking in or arriving by emergency transport. All Emergency Department staff are certified to care for critical cardiac and trauma patients, including children. Verification of high school diploma or equivalent is required due to testing requirements for moderate complexity testing. Candidates should indicate their availability for an interview along with their preferred method of contact. Holiday coverage is required.
