Phlebotomist - BILINGUAL- FLOAT
Labcorp
Labcorp seeks a bilingual Spanish phlebotomist for a float position in Philadelphia, working Monday-Friday with rotating Saturdays. The role involves blood collection, specimen preparation, patient data entry, and travel between multiple clinic locations.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections across all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol testing
- Prepare specimens for laboratory testing and analysis
- Enter patient information and process billing with accuracy
- Travel to and work at multiple clinic sites as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- At least one year phlebotomy experience
- Current nationally registered certified phlebotomy technician (CPT)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Pass standardized color blindness test
- At least 21 years old
Compensation: $1.00/hr float incentive plus mileage reimbursement; eligible for quarterly performance bonus through PST Incentive Plan
