In this position, you will work at our Reconditioning Center, which does internal work only (non-guest facing) to assist our team in driving vehicles to and from Dahl Auto Plaza in Winona, MN. This position works Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM until the day’s work is completed, with most shifts ending around noon or earlier! Responsibilities Transport internal vehicles to and from the needed destination in a professional and safe manner. Monitor shuttle vehicle maintenance and fuel. Employ good judgment, safe driving skills, abide by all traffic regulations. Notify Recon Manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance. Qualifications High School graduate or equivalent Excellent driving skills Good interpersonal and communication skills Consistent record of achieving or over-achieving goals Professional appearance and work ethic Valid driver's license and clean driving record As a part-time employee, you will be eligible for 401k with automatic 3% company contribution.
