Care Navigator & Member Engagement Specialist
The Lantern
Lantern is seeking a Member Engagement Advocate to guide members through the healthcare system, primarily via outbound calls to explain Lantern benefits and motivate action toward care. You will manage a caseload, coordinate care across providers and insurers, document interactions with precision, and maintain HIPAA-compliant, empathetic service while helping members navigate complex journeys toward better health. #J-18808-Ljbffr Lantern
